These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the xx67 platform, including the website at https://xx67.club, any associated mobile web applications, and all services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, table games, and any promotional activities (collectively, the "Services"). One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active xx67 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. xx67 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. You agree to notify the xx67 support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. xx67 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once confirmed by the xx67 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid. xx67 reserves the right to reject or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where pre-match markets have been inadvertently left open.

Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on xx67 are subject to change up until the point of confirmed bet acceptance. Dispute Resolution — Bet Disputes: If you believe a bet outcome has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute with the xx67 support team within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. To raise a dispute, provide your bet reference number, the event in question, the market type, and the basis for your dispute. xx67 will review the settlement against official data sources and respond within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution — Payment Disputes: Payment-related disputes, including claims of missing deposits or unprocessed withdrawals, must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. Provide your transaction reference number and the relevant payment method details when submitting a payment dispute.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
